BA (Hons) Product design

My specialist area is Product and Furniture design. This year I have mainly focused my projects on processes such as steam bending and soaking woods to explore qualities of bending and twisting the material. From my experimentation I have developed a series of designs based upon these qualities. My FMP developed this experimentation further to expand my knowledge of how I could join these elements together to create potential designs. My experience of the course has encouraged me to take my work further to university where I hope to continue with my skills and pursue a career in Product design.
